Kathy Floersch

Kathy Floersch began working with her Dad, Paul Floersch, Jr, in 2001 while finishing her bachelor’s degree in English from UNL. She became a licensed agent a few years later and over the years learned so much about people and insurance from her Dad. She eventually took over the business when Paul semi-retired. Paul was a great mentor, coach, and prepared Kathy for the transition. Paul passed away in 2017 leaving an amazing company and legacy for Kathy to carry on. Kathy has been blessed and honored to continue the same mission, vision, and values of Paul Floersch. In 2018 Kathy joined Blackstone Insurance Group and enjoys the challenges and advantages of working on the independent agency side of the industry. Kathy writes both personal and commercial insurance and enjoys helping her clients and educating them on the best coverage to carry. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys reading, walking her dog, Molly, listening to live music, and going on rides with her fiancé Bob on his Harley.
